All refunds must be requested via RETURNS.

Product must be:

Unused and in saleable condition.
Authorized by Deluva via the Returns link.
Properly packaged and returned within 15 days of acceptance of delivery.
Shipping charges are not credited or refunded. If your original purchase amount qualified you for free shipping and your return reduces your purchase amount below the minimum for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping rate.
