Underground Cosmetics Illuminate™ is a unique clear mixer that can be used with our other colors to lighten them. It can also be used alone on lightened or treated hair to make it shine under black light without changing the color.

Contains coconut and hemp seed oils along with tamarind and quinoa extracts to help protect hair.

Does not contain Parabens, PPD, Ammonia or Peroxide

When mixing with other colors, we recommend doing a patch test before applying in large sections.
