Under Ground Blackout™ Semi-Perm Hair Color

Underground Cosmetics Blackout™ is a blue-black that can be used alone or mixed with our other colors to mute or darken them. We do not recommend using it with light colors such as yellow or orange, as it will change the overall tone and “muddy” the color. Best used with blue, purple, magenta, fuchsia or red. A little goes a long way. The color glows weakly under black light.

Conditions hair while coloring

Contains coconut and hemp seed oils along with tamarind and quinoa extracts to help protect hair.

Does not contain Parabens, PPD, Ammonia or Peroxide

When mixing with other colors, we recommend doing a patch test before applying in large sections.
