DELUVA Extra Thin Latex Bald Caps are used when a perfect application is needed. These bald caps are thin throughout, when cut in any area you will always get a very thin edge.

They can be used as a base to create other makeup applications. Extra length on the sides ensures a custom, professional fit that easily covers ears and temples if needed.

The wide nape area ensures a soft fit and generous coverage, making it the perfect option for long or thick hair. The wide nape area offers enough coverage to hide long, voluminous hair when combed back (column). When combing your hair back, it is not necessary to place most of the hair under the bald spot (on the top of the head). Excess hair can extend outside the bald spot and become covered with clothing.

Do not wear sharp jewelry when applying these bald caps. Jewelry can accidentally pierce the bald spot.

Application instructions:

Gel hair back as flat as possible, dry with a hair dryer.
Place the bald cap on your head making sure it is centered and covers your hairline.
Dampen a cotton ball with alcohol to clean the hairline and the area of ​​skin where the bald spot will stick.
Using a fine marker, draw a circle about an inch from the center of each ear, continuing the line to the bottom edge of the bald spot. Cut out the circle following the line you just drew and test the fit around each ear. Trim more if necessary.
Fold the front edge of the bald cap back over itself. Apply gum to the skin below the edge of the bald spot. Allow the gum to become sticky. Carefully fold the bald cap down and press onto the adhesive. Eliminate any bubbles. Allow the adhesive to dry.
Apply chewing gum to the back of your neck. Stick the gum. Tilt your head back and press the edge of the bald cap onto your neck to allow the adhesive to dry.
Working forward from the collar to the front of the cap, pull the cap slightly and begin gluing the edges.
For better mixing, dot the liquid latex along the visible glued edges of the lid. When dry, apply latex powder to remove any stickiness.
Apply prosthetic makeup as desired.

To remove:

– Using a brush or cotton swab, apply the gum remover along the edge of the cap (avoid the eye area). Peel off gently

where the remover has been applied. Wipe away any gum residue.
