When will my order ship?

In-stock orders received before 3:00PM PST ship on the same business day.

Do you ship on weekends?

In-stock orders received after 3:00PM on Friday will ship the following Monday.

How is my order shipped?

Orders that qualify for “Free” or for “Flat Rate” Shipping normally ship via USPS/UPS.

Out of stock orders

You will be contacted via email regarding the expected ship date. Please allow up to 24 hours for this notice. 

How can I return an item?

All returns must be approved by Deluva. To initiate a return please email us at info@deluva.com  Include your order number, item you wish to return and reason.

*** RETURN POLICY ***

All returns must be:

  • Unused and in sell-able condition.
  • Authorized by Deluva.  Please contact us for an authorization number.
  • Properly packed and shipped back within 15 days of accepting delivery.

Shipping charges are not credited or refunded.  If your original purchase amount qualified you for free shipping and your return drops your purchase amount to below the minimum for free shipping, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.

How is my return amount calculated?

If your return is approved by Deluva and received within the allowed return period in its original undamaged packaging, you will be refunded the original amount paid for the item.

What if I originally qualified for Free Shipping and I return an Item?

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but you return an item that drops the original subtotal amount to below $100.00 you will be refunded the item cost minus the $5.00 flat rate shipping fee.

How can I ship my return to Deluva?

Once approved you can ship your return via the courier of your choice at your expense. We advise you to use a method that provided a tracking number and coverage.
