In-stock orders received before 3:00 p. m. PST will ship the same business day.

In-stock orders received after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Orders that qualify for “Free” or “Flat Rate” shipping are normally shipped via USPS/UPS.

You will be contacted by email regarding the expected shipping date. Please allow up to 24 hours for this notice.

All returns must be approved by Deluva. To initiate a return, please email us at ordenes@deluva.com.mx Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.

All returns must be:

Unused and in saleable condition.
Authorized by Deluva . Contact us for an authorization number.
Properly packaged and returned within 15 days of delivery acceptance.
Shipping charges are not credited or refunded. If your original purchase amount qualified you for free shipping and your return reduces your purchase amount below the free shipping minimum, you will be charged the original shipping rate.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but you return an item that reduces the original subtotal amount to less than $100.00, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the flat $5.00 shipping fee.

Once approved, you may ship your return via the courier service of your choice at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that provides a tracking number and coverage.
