SHIPPING

At Deluva, our goal is to ship your order as quickly and economically as possible. Most in-stock orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. If your order contains flammable or pressurized products or is larger in size, your order will be shipped via ground. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. PST are shipped the same business day; if placed after 3:00 p.m., your order will be shipped the next business day.
To be eligible for the $7.00 flat rate shipping, your order must be shipped within the Contiguous United States. Choose Flat Rate Ground Shipping in the Delivery Method section during checkout.
To be eligible for free shipping, your subtotal must be $75.00 or more and must contain eligible items. Eligible items are any items that are not considered dimensionally large/bulky or do not require special handling. You will receive a message at checkout if your item does not qualify and you will see other shipping options.
Out of stock orders: you will be contacted via email regarding the expected ship date. Please allow up to 24 hours for this notice.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be requested via RETURNS and:

Unused and in saleable condition.
Authorized by Deluva via the Returns link.
Properly packaged and returned within 15 days of acceptance of delivery.
Shipping charges are not credited or refunded. If your original purchase amount qualified you for free shipping and your return reduces your purchase amount below the minimum for free shipping, you will be charged the original shipping rate.
